WHAT

Boost your confidence, awaken your senses, and leave this retreat feeling captivated by your life! We invite you to move past your current perception of what you think is possible and consider this question: “What if the joy you’re desperately hoping will arrive was been waiting for you to grab it, right now in the present moment, all along?”

To help you reach your highest potential, we will work through invigorating morning yoga flows and meditation, gentle evening yoga practices, journal prompts and workshops that are designed to help you establish practices you can take home and easily implement into your daily life.

In addition to movement, you will receive nourishment for both body and mind through gourmet vegan meals prepared by onsite chef, yoga + food prep workshops, specialty classes, kayaking, standup paddle boarding, good old-fashioned human connection and plenty of opportunities for rest and relaxation. Return home feeling refreshed, whole, awake and captivated by your own life.

* When not practicing yoga or enjoying meals together, there will be free time for rest and relaxation - hang out on the porch or private dock, paddleboard, kayak, nap, read, take a bath, etc.

14 of your newest friends will be staying together in a beautiful 10 bedroom, 5.5 bath waterfront estate on Lake Chautauqua just 2 hours from Cleveland in Ashville, NY

HOW MUCH?


Total investment is $850 with a $300 deposit due at time of registration. Remaining balance is due by 8/31/19.

  • 3 nights accommodation in a lakefront estate with water views and access to a private dock. Shared rooms with Queen, double + twin beds are available.

  • All Meals (dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, Breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Lunch Friday + Saturday and snacks everyday).

  • 6 yoga and meditation sessions with Em Keen

  • 3 yoga workshops with Em Keen – Inversions, pranayama, vision + goals

ABOUT THE TEACHER, EM KEEN E-RYT 200

Instructor Em Keen is a yoga teacher with a passion for connecting people with themselves and others. Her playful, heart-opening teaching combines meditation, breath, alignment, and asana in classes that encourage students to reconnect to their bodies and breath as a means to fill up with joy. Every class is different and creative, using anatomically sound yoga sequences that allow the body to move in optimal and empowering ways.

In our modern society, rushed, busy, anxious, and hurried starts to feel natural and normal. Through yoga classes, workshops, play, good food and better company you will slowly become reacquainted with your native state - calm, confident, grounded and empowered.

This retreat will wrap you up in a whole-self reset so you can step back into your life more aligned with your best self. Come prepared to step out of your comfort zone, play, be challenged physically and mentally and learn a lot about who you are and what’s capable for you – on and off your mat

Come open to connect with new people and to be fully supported and connected from where you currently stand.

ABOUT THE CHEF, CHERYLE COSTA

Cheryle Costa has spent the last 30 years as a food activist and the last 40 cooking nutritionally for family and friends. She started the Pinnacle Natural Health & Healing Center that includes the Kitchen Underground Project. The kitchen was designed to help individuals reverse disease, enjoy life more and learn nutritional ways of eating to assist the body's own natural ability to heal.

This weekend yoga retreat kicks off Thursday evening with a sunset yoga and meditation class and family dinner.
